Each sheet allows you to log daily sessions for a full year based on 52 weeks.
When the log has been opened for the first time, enter the YEAR as 4 digits eg "2008" in the blue block below the main header.
Click "Save As" and rename the spreadsheet as Trainer Log 2008 or which ever year you are working in. This will then always leave a blank worksheet for subsequent years
Entry points per day are dependent on a cycle computer or indoor trainer computer(FLOW) readings.
1. Date: The day number of the month
2. Ave Speed: Average speed of the session
3. Ave Power: Average power output for the session
4. Ave Cadence: Average cadence from the session
5. Ave Heart Rate: Average heart rate from the session
6. Time: Session time. The entry format is hh:ss. A weekly total is calculated automatically
7. Distance: Session distance. A weekly total is calculated automatically.
8. Video: The Chasek video name if used
Six monthly and an annual total distance are automatically calculated at the bottom of the spreadsheet.
